Two days were left until Christmas and the countdown had begun! In Newdeal it’s not only about work, it’s about having fun as well. Our team took a break from work to celebrate Christmas and reveal one another’s Secret Santa!
All necessary preparations were made for a blissful and relaxing day. Newdeal gave presents to its employees to thank them for their hard work.

“Ubuntu” is an African philosophy which corresponds to Newdeal’s culture. “Ubuntu”, which is one of our values, is often translated as “I am because we are” and celebrates humanity. The philosophy emphasizes the power of togetherness and collaboration rather than of individual efforts. Team spirit and compassion lie at the core of Newdeal. All these features are part of our corporate DNA. So, our team very frequently holds internal activities to encourage and enhance “Ubuntu” philosophy.
Christmas time has come and it’s time to have some fun! Our team got into the Christmas spirit and played Secret Santa. Team bonding is at the forefront of Newdeal’s values. That is why the Marketing Department organized the gift exchange. Each colleague cheerfully picked a random name and became someone’s Secret Santa. Our employees opened the presents and guessed their Secret Santa during a small Christmas celebration.
